Meet Kim, Lyndsay and Trent. This trusted trio has literally “raised the bar” of physical fitness in Durham. We are all certified and experienced trainers in multiple fitness disciplines. With a heavy emphasis on strength training, endurance, HIIT and Plyometrics the classes offered at KimFitPro/KillerFIT are uniquely created for maximum results! Our philosophy is that fitness provides you with the ability to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle. Our role is to help you become a stronger, faster, leaner and healthier version of yourself.

We train a wide range of clientele, from beginners to advanced fitness levels. We offer a wide variety of classes to ensure there’s something for everyone. Whether its functional training, sports specific training, joint mobility and flexibility training, body sculpting/body building techniques as well as cardiovascular conditioning and weight loss programs.

Kim

With more then 20yrs experience in a fast paced, high profile Corporate job Kim has a “take no prisoners” style of coaching. Having lost 90lbs herself has made her who she is today. It’s given Kim her drive, her empathy and her passion for what she does but most importantly its given her a NO EXCUSES, NO BULLSHIT attitude towards diet and nutrition that gets her clients the results they want – her approach is not for the faint of heart.

Lyndsay

With a background in Nursing and over 10 yrs experience as the Director for one of North America’s largest Nutrition and weight loss companies Lyndsay’s greatest asset is her knowledge of health and wellness as well as her understanding and compassion for our clients that are looking to lose 20lbs or more. She is very sympathetic and understands the fear, anxiety and mental stress that occurs when starting your weight loss journey. Lyndsay helps clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health, wellness and exercise.

Trent

As a lifelong athlete as well as his professional experience training high level athletes, Trent is not only the most well rounded trainer he’s also one of the most academically accomplished coaches in the industry!
